DevOps / MLOps Engineer

The Analytics team at FirstSense is growing and we are building custom pipelines for carrying out ML task combined with Computer Vision algorithms. In this context, we are looking for a self-starter with skillset in DevOps and the emerging area of MLOps

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain the Machine Observer software suite in cloud and edge servers.
  • Proactively work on setting the security policies of APIs and storage.
  • Handling the scalability aspect of deployments.
  • Explore the concepts of MLOps in general and select the relevant tools.
  • Work with the Analytics team to implement the training and serving pipelines.
  • Introduce tools for versioning, profiling and comparison of ML models.

Required skillset

Required skillset

  • Experience in DevOps process and tools are mandatory.
  • Necessary to have experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm charts.
  • Hands-on with Nginx, WSGI/Gunicorn, Certbot.
  • Knowledge of storage frameworks in cloud - S3/Minio
  • Excellent skills in Python and shell script.
  • Proficient in Web architecture and public clouds (GCP/AWS/Azure).
  • Familiar with MLOps concept, pipeline architecture and tools.
  • Knowledge of DVC, MLFlow/Airflow/Kubeflow, Nvidia tools (NGC, nvidia-docker) is preferred.
  • Qualification: Bachelors/Masters Computer Science or related domain.
  • Experience in production deployment of MLOps tools is a big plus.
